The Method
Now I translate that architecture into individual processes for men aged 40 and over who have already received the first warning and decided to stop managing their decline.

The Name
TEYOKA derives from teyolía, which in the worldview of the ancient Mexica was a vital essence believed to reside in the heart. Together with the tonalli and the ihíyotl, it was one of the three forces associated with human life and health, and the part believed to endure beyond death. The teyolía was linked to thought, memory, deep affection, and individual character. The ancient Nahuas believed that vigor accumulated in the teyolía with age, making older people powerful figures. The aim, therefore, is to reach later life with strength, function, and quality of life intact.
The Origin
The JRLG Method is my personal laboratory: a comprehensive reconstruction system that I first develop, document, and test in my own life. I am subject zero.
TEYOKA is the transposition of that architecture for other people. It preserves the same four pillars, but it does not impose a universal formula: each process is designed around the individual’s biology, history, resources, decisions, and real-life context.
The Method
The ability to think, decide, and build depends on a functional body. We work on habits, nutrition, sleep, strength, movement, recovery, medical follow-up, and personal metrics. TEYOKA does not replace clinical care: it helps turn information and recommendations into a daily system that can be executed and measured.
A well-cared-for body supports clearer observation and better judgment. We identify patterns, automatic decisions, contradictions, and narratives that prevent meaningful change. The goal is not to think more, but to think with greater quality in order to choose, prioritize, and act better.
Entrepreneurship does not necessarily mean starting a company. It means developing the capacity to create value, increase economic autonomy, and turn knowledge, experience, skills, and resources into useful and sustainable work.
Legacy is what remains when we are no longer present: assets, knowledge, work, values, systems, opportunities, or influence. It begins in the family and can extend to a community, a generation, or a greater cause.
The Founder
José Roberto Limón García is an entrepreneur, strategist, systems builder, and creator of the JRLG and TEYOKA methods.
After decades building projects and confronting his own metabolic decline, he began turning his personal reconstruction into a documented system of biology, critical thinking, value creation, and legacy.
TEYOKA does not come from a clinical certification, nor does it aim to replace health professionals. It comes from the ability to organize information, design individual systems, and turn decisions into executable protocols.
Diagnostic Session
Men aged 40 and over who have already received the first warning: blood pressure that came back high, lab work that set off alerts, digestion that stopped forgiving, strength that started to fade, or fatigue that can no longer be explained by age alone.
Capable, responsible men who are successful in their fields, yet built that decline one day at a time—through long hours of sitting, poor sleep, overeating, drinking at every gathering, or repeatedly postponing change—and who now understand that the bill has come due.
You felt the discomfort and looked for a partial solution so you could keep functioning without changing the system that produced it. Medication can be necessary and must be prescribed by health professionals. What it cannot do on its own is correct habits, decisions, environments, and everyday patterns.
For a while you can manage the decline. After 40, the margin begins to shrink.
It's not motivation. It's not generic motivational coaching. It's not a diet or a generic routine you'll abandon in three weeks. It's not a medical consultation. It's a process of personal architecture: concrete, documented, verifiable, and initially limited to a single front of intervention.
An individual working session in which we organize your real starting point using the available information: habits, history, metrics, decisions, environment, and objectives.
We identify the single area that must be addressed first and build a personal four-week protocol with actions, metrics, limits, and evaluation criteria.
You're not paying for 90 minutes of conversation. You leave with a document that contains your starting point, the priority front, the protocol for the next four weeks, the concrete actions, the metrics you must record, and the criteria to know whether the system is working.
Something you can put into practice and measure—not something you are merely expected to feel.
For years, I lived with hypertension, metabolic decline, and habits that allowed me to keep functioning while the consequences accumulated. The method exists because I needed it first.
I'm not speaking to you from a finished theory. I'm speaking from a system that I develop, document, and test every day on my own life.
Format: Video call. In-person optional in the Valley of Mexico (Mexico City and State of Mexico).
Duration: up to 90 minutes.

TEYOKA does not replace consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up by a medical, psychological, nutritional, or any other health professional.
Clinical decisions, the interpretation of test results, prescriptions, and medication changes correspond exclusively to accredited professionals.
The method works on personal organization, habits, metric tracking, decision-making, systems design, and execution coordinated with the professional care each person requires.
This initial conversation is a first step to determine whether TEYOKA is appropriate for your situation and whether I can help you. It is not the diagnostic session. If there is a clear match, the next step will be to schedule the diagnostic session described on this page.
